nothing ! i jst wanna instal the lumia camera app on my lumia 1020 ( wm 10 build 10166 ) but i couldn't get from the store ! so i asked if i can install it from xap/appx but i don't know how!

You will probably need the new Win10 ADK that was released. When you have a moment, I would change the title of your thread to reflect what you need help with.

I don't think it's worth putting the effort in. Lumia Camera is being retired in preference for Windows Camera.
