Network+ update issue

Guys, recently I got an update for network+ on store so i installed it on my phone but it is not creating problems.

I am not able to stop/uncheck the call forwarding. it is always showing checked for "when I am busy". I want to uncheck all but it is not allowing me.

Also If I want to uninstall this update, then how to do that ???

Please help, its really frustrating...

are you on wp8.1 or windows 8? if you are on windows 8, its nothing to worry it shows that option permanently , no way you can disable it.

I am on wp 8 and was able to remove that icon from my Homescreen.

Just dial #002# from your phone. It works.
