are any changes expected in the new 1520 besides the green color? is the hardware the same? same ram?
are the current 1520s getting the 8.1 update at the same time of the green relaunching?

it's still the same, Lumia 1520 . They added a new green colour that will ship with windows phone 8.1
all windows phone 8 will be upgraded to windows phone 8.1 :smile:
