New and rising apps in wp store delay

Hi i just want to know why when some game is published into store, it can't be seen in store in section news+rising, just with direct link. It takes some time to appear in news+rising section.

perhaps it's NOT rising...only new.
That section is for New+Rising as in a rising star that shines bright and illuminates our curiosity and we then desire it. :smile:
