new camera beta improved shoot to shoot time?

Its only me or do you also think that the new nokia camera beta improved the shoot to shoot / save time in the 1020??

I didn't realise it at first...
Now that you mentioned it, the animation of capturing photos is now gone.
The shoot to shoot time also improved....
Srsly, I disliked the new "feature" of the nokia camera gallery lol, I have to press 2 buttons to reframe now xP

i did try shoot with the beta and regular and was able to get 12 shots in each of the app in a 1 minute 9 secs + or - one . so i would say they still same speed maybe just UI redesign .

your post made me download the beta app and tried using stopwatch to see if any difference but don't seem to much if not for UI redesign . I used both Nokia Cam and Nokia cam beta to take pictures and the both clocked 12 shots in a minute. will retest again using hardware camera button. Also in both case was snapping same object

update-----i can't be 100% correct with testing but i think the beta is a shot or 2 faster than nokia cam ..I just pressed down camera hardware button without on screen button & got 15 shot(nokia cam) and 16 shot(beta) and for nokia cam that was in a minute 2sec 23 while beta in a min 3sec. someone should give it a try as well
