OMG! This is great! Just saw the screen shots and this is the look that I've been seeking and hoping for. It started with Twitter and now facebook is bringing it's look....damn I'm glad. Windows phone is getting exciting now...since 2010. Hope this comes to WP7.5 too and not only 8. Finally will be making use of my facebook app on my phone....hehhhe ;-)

this one is made by microsoft also, seems like they just retooled it because it is version 5. They made a decision to change the app.

So far it is WAY faster than the old app.

Swipe left or right from newsfeed to bring up menu and people online respectively, swipe left or right on messages and it brings in friend request and notifications respectively... Much better than the other App!

Oh my god, it's a functional facebook app!
This thing is already far better than the other. Metro was a nice idea for it but it just wasn't as functional as the iOS app.
I see this as a nice merging of the two, it looks nicer than the iOS version but functions better than the Metro disaster.

it's a better designed app. But it's definitely alot laggier.
