new laptop configuration for Autocad app

I'm purchasing new laptop to run Autocad, 3D rendering and CNC software on. What is the best configuration? In the past, we ran into speed issues as well as HDD and SSD issues (could not run Autocad on SSD but HDD was too full with Windows).

, you could also look refurbished/2-handed business laptops with Nvidia Quadro or AMD FirePro graphics card. These card are specifically optimized for that kind of software and buying the laptops refurbished means you can buy business laptops that are made to last and are easily maintainable/upgradeable. Alternatively, I would suggest buying a budget gaming laptop (like a Clevo or such), those are good as no nonsense performance laptops and are often also upgradable.
