New laptop will not connect to the internet, only limited access.

My daughter bought a new Dell laptop a week ago with Windows 10 already installed. She installed MS Office 2013 the next day and now cannot connect to the internet. It says limited access. We've restarted it and tried several different wifi locations with no luck. She is taking online classes and is getting frustrated after spending a lot of her own money to get this laptop.
