?New? Lumia 1520.3 (RM-928) for $299, is it legit?

I found an online retailer named Mobisees selling a Lumia 1520.3 (RM-928) in multiple colors for $299. I didn't find anything that said these phones were used or refurbished. This seems way to good to be legit. Has anyone else heard of this retailer? If you have bought something from them, what was your experience?

Don't know if the company is legit but I don't believe there are red or green 938s like they offer.

I just went to the site and the only color choice I saw was Black. They showed other color phones but the order choice was black. I'm not sure it it's a legit 1520.3 or not. They mention 938 but they don't mention 1520.3. Before I did anything, I would do more research on the company including calling them to see what's going on.

It's a pull down list but not obvious. I was able to select a green one and get all the way to checkout with it.

Green only comes in rm-940, locked to AT&T, so be careful.

The frequencies and bands listed on the cellular radios do not match 1520.3 RM-938. They would match the RM-937 International though, which has no green.

And note the yellow phone shown in the stock photos. They don't offer yellow.

Something seems fishy about this offer so I had a closer look:

The thing I noticed and the things that flips up a big red flag is the site is only 25 days old. Looks like it might be one of those here today, gone tomorrow sellers. I'm not taking a chance. I believe that if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
