New Lumia 650 or Used Lumia Icon?

What do you guys think?
I can get a slightly used, almost new Lumia Icon for $110 or a new 650 for $90.
Icon pros: Runs Windows 10 great, 2GB RAM, 32GB internal, better screen, faster processor?
650 pros: Built for Windows 10, great looks, new, 1-year warranty.
Thoughts?

Isn't this an apples-to-oranges comparison? Unless I'm mistaken, the Icon is Verizon-only, and the 650 is a GSM phone. So shouldn't you choose based on your cellular service provider?

The Icon is also GSM unlocked. I've tried it in the past and get perfect LTE service with it.

Unless you have a camera preference, I would go with the 650.

I believe the Icon might have the MMS settings locked out though. I'd go Icon but would proceed with caution.
