New prompt message

Today while listening to music at full volume on my 820 i got a prompt on my screen saying Hearing music at full volume can lead to loss of hearing and suddenly my volume was reset to 13 ie default limit..has anyone had such a prompt...??

I think its a new addition to Lumia black maybe
