Windows Central Question

Last night I went to sleep putting my new surface pro 4 in charging. Today after waking up I am not being able to switch on the machine. I didn't charge fully before I started using the machine for first time. I just bought it yesterday

Then I tried with connecting to power and it turned on but whenever I unplugged the power it sleeps. While charging I was looking around but when I tried to open chrome, it went to sleep again. Is there any way that they can deny to change this machine since I did not charge fully for first time before I started to use it?

No. They cannot. It's got a one year warranty. If it's a dud, it's a dud. But i'm not convinced it is a dud yet.

I'd say let it charge for awhile before using it.
