New twitter update broke app

I saw an update for twitter and immediately downloaded but now everytime I go to launch it the app crashes. Anyone else?

try reinstalling the app, that should fix it.

Tried it twice with no dice

Same here, resorted to using Aeries. What they did with the app definitely broke it as it crashed every time I attempted to launch the app. Reinstalling the app didn't solve the problem either.

Hopefully they will fix it soon. I'm using peregrine for now which is old

Same issue here, on a Lumia 920.

Idk why its doing this on mobile only because PC is fine.

If it is an universal issue, Microsoft will be quick to remove it from the store. Or else an update will be released.

They issued a fix as an update and the Twitter client now works as it used to be.
