new user please help

Windows build : 10.0.10586.494
Bugs:
1. Skype video & camera App
after a lot of searching I found out that this error message comes when I open Skype video app that doesn't even work
I checked privacy settings but I didn't found Skype video
I tried to delete that broken app but I failed
so I tried to sign-out to avid that error and take pictures without restart my device
after restart the camera worked successfully , I tried open Skype video then open the camera but the same message comes
so remove this app
2. The wrong GPS
I am using maps app and tried to find my location but it gives me a location far from me about 1 km , I'm at the top of screen and GPS says I'm at bottom
after a lot of trying sometimes it gets closer location but not the best

3. How to adjust photos location, I tried Lumia story teller but it comes with this error
4. wrong time
the time now is 9 but automatic time says it's 10

Removed features :
1. Sharing cellular data over USB
2. Multi window
3. Cellular data history diagram
4. Custom brightness profile

I have screen shot for each bug , how can I put it in this page

you'll have to have at least 10 posts in the forums to start posting pictures - maybe you can share a link

Did you just get the phone? or just upgrade to windows 10 mobile?

I suggest you do a factory reset and after the reset check for app updates
Sharing data via USB isn't supported on windows phones

I confirm you need an hard reset

How to don't restore after factory reset ?
