NFC Emulator Apps?

Any one know of a NFC emulator app? as a friend has a Andriod app which can duplicate a NFC and store it for later use. Mainly thinking it would be good to store Oyster card details if thats possible to save using the card all the time.

Any one know a app which could do this?

Cheers just downloaded it UI could do with some work but I think it does the trick. Will give it a go next time im at the train station.
