No audio function

After a hard reset on 8.1 lost all audio. Not only is their no sound, when pressing a ringtone or play in Spotify there is no touch response to show the sound is "playing". Another hard reset did not solve the problem. Clues?

Have you tried using the WPRT to reinstall the latest software?

Yes I did. Same problem.

So... A rather pleasant and unexpected outcome.. Even though I believe the device was out of warranty Nokia paid for shipping both ways and replaced my device no questions asked. Hard to complain about that.
