No Audio Output Device is installed after 1803 update

After Widows 10 was updated to 1803, my speakers and microphone could not be found. I tried updating the drivers, but no luck. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Did you uninstall the drivers via device manager? After that just reboot and they'll reinstall automatically. Otherwise you can also head to your manufacturers website and manually download drivers
