It says "waiting approval" and that is better than NOT AVAILABLE which follows some WP8's when you look at the scheduled roll out on Nokia.com.

It does but for T-mobile carriers only...will they also include metro pcc??

You have to see their policy about Firmware/OS updates to see if they even send them out, that would be easy enough -call them

I have a T-Mobile branded Lumia 521, however I'm not using any cellular service with the phone, it's strictly wifi (I don't use it as a phone). Will I still be able to get this update when it comes out or is it only pushed out by the carriers and I'd need to be on T-Mobile to get it?
