No Cortana on Lumia 640

I've updated my Lumia 640 to windows10 right after I bought it. But the Cortana isn't working at all. When I open Cortana it says need to set up the language settings which is already set up as English US and my phone region is also the same.
But it keeps asking mw to setup the language again and again.

Any ideas as to how to solve this?
