Hi guys

I've just update to 1709 but I can't open the emoji keyboard with 'Win + ;'.

I live in Belgium - AZERTY.

Someone that has any idea how to let this work?

I've heard somewhere that it worked on English US but not the English UK keyboard setting so I suspect that's the case here.

It doesn't work for me either. My keyboard is in Spanish. Man, I didn't know this was YET ANOTHER US-only feature. Makes no sense either...

Who knew emoji's were language specific?

It looks like it has to do with translating the search text or name for each emoji. I know, it makes no sense whatsoever. But localization has become a big problem for MS. They don't seem to care about expanding Cortana anymore either. I'm pretty disappointed to be honest.

I live in the U.S. and have my language and keyboard settings set to U.S. English, and the emoji keyboard (which might more appropriately be called an emoji picker, since it's not really a keyboard, just an emoji picker) works for me. I have read that it is region-limited at the moment.
It is also worth noting the the key combination to access it is NOT Win + ; as the OP stated.
It is Win + .
