No Mclaren this year. What to do???

I will be up for my Verizon upgrade in December. I have been wanting to try Windows Phone but there is nothing on the horizon, especially with a screen larger than 5". So I am thinking of buying an Icon off Ebay and then holding off on my upgrade until MS (hoprfully) releases a larger phone in the spring. This way, if I like Windows Phone, I can upgrade to the larger phone when it comes out. If I don't like WP, I can always use my upgrade for the Note 4 (I have the Note 2 now).
