No option to hide Cortana?

No option to hide cortana

I've tried to find answers to the problem nothing has helped.
When i right click the Cortana search icon, i do NOT get the option menu:
* Hidden
* Show Cortana icon
* Show search box

I have tried to enable and disable the options to use small buttons on the taskbar in the taskbar properties options but it didn't help.

Any ideas?
