No toast notification or updates on WPC APP

Windows Phone Central App stopped doing toast notifications and updating the live tile sometime this weekend and I can't figure out whats wrong. I've tried enabling and disabling the settings and pinning a new tile but nothing seems to work. Is it just me or has anyone else had this problem? The only thing I notice under "live tile settings" is "News task last exit reason:Network Error". WPC is enable in background task also. I guess I could try to uninstall and reinstall the app, any other suggestions?

Uninstalled and reinstalled with a reboot in between. Blocked background task and set it to enable at next launch and still nothing. I'm getting notification and tile updates from every app except the WPC app. Annoying!

And if that doesn't work, let me know what your region and language settings are so I can see if this is something I can reproduce?

Thank you! As soon as you posted this I got the last notification. Not sure exactly what cured it, but it's working now. WPC is my fav app.
