No Unlock Code For Lumia 625

I recently bought a Lumia 625 thru the Microsoft store in Vancouver and the phone was locked to Rogers. I have now tried 4 different unlock websites and they have all told me that they don't have an unlock code for my phone. Any suggestion. I know that I could register the phone with Rogers, wait 90 days and they should unlock it for $50, but I need it unlocked sooner that that.

I don't know if this helps as I am in England...but usually phone repair shops can unlock phones around ?5-?15 in a matter of mins. Do you have any phone shops like that. I think Carphone warehouse does that too. Hope this helps in some small way
