No updates available on Insider Mobile

Never ran into this issue before and I haven't found any solutions, so I figured I'd try my luck and ask all of you. I've been a member of the Insider program for over a year across a variety of devices (635, multiple 640s, 640 XL, Win HD LTE) and never had a problem getting builds from any of the rings until now. I wanted to install 14342 on my 640 XL (currently on 10586.318) so I switched it to the fast ring, rebooted, and checked for updates- phone tells me its up to date. So, I uninstalled the insider app, reinstalled, and rejoined the fast ring and tried again. No luck. I tried on my Win HD LTE all of the above steps with the same result. Also tried on my 640 with the same results. I hard reset the Win HD LTE and tried again with the same result. Now, thinking maybe something is going on with the fast ring, I switched to the slow ring on my 640 XL and checked for updates again- nothing. Finally, using the "Leave program" link in the insider app, I left the insider program and rejoined thinking the problem could be related to my account, but no luck there either. I'm not able to get any insider builds on any of my devices anymore.

Anybody else having the same issues? Anybody know how to start receiving builds again?

maybe just be enrolled in fast ring and wait for a few hours or so and then check for updates
check date/time/timezone and region settings as well

I've checked all of the region settings and the date and time are correct. I've rejoined the fast ring again and I'll check for updates again later tonight after work. I'll let you know how it ends up.

I've been assuming that since there are documented bugs for this latest insider release on Dual SIM phones, that they might be excluded from this build. My Blu Win HD LTE is very stable on .318, so I'm happy to sit this one out.

So an update- it's been several hours (8ish) since I last joined the fast ring and still no luck seeing updates. Going to try going back to 8.1 and upgrading that way

Wich updates do you mean? Store? Tap blue key, wait a minute , and you see the new nice feature

This may sound a bit 'strange', but are you try to update on WiFi or Mobile Data? Could be worth checking, just to be sure.

When I couldn't find any updates in the past, I, like you, couldn't make out what was going on. Frustration took hold and I started to wonder what the heck was going on. I got so fed up that I rebooted my router and viola, it appeared. It may have been a coincidence, it may have been blind luck, but I got the update.

The 950xl works brilliantly for me on this latest preview. No windows splash / boot screen, it went straight to migrate. No hard reset, it just done it's thing and I was using it within 10 mins. App updates in store appeared without being prompted. My battery has been great as well. I charged last night at 2200, and got up this morning, a few WC posts and browsing and I am currently on 88%. For me that is a marked improvement.

I hope you resolve your issue of acquiring the update. For me, it was worth it, although every device is different depending on apps etc.

Well I was able to resolve the problem on my 640 and 640 xl. I downgraded back to 8.1, installed the insider app, joined the fast ring and updated to 10586.107. After that was installed, I joined the fast ring again and checked for updates- 14342 installed after that. Must have been a configuration issue or maybe even an obscure bug in the last build I was on. I'll try this on the Win HD LTE later.

Worth noting I had a similar issue with this latest update. I joined the insider through the app but nothing. Then I went to the insider area of the actual windows update settings and there was a Fix Me button as it detected some issue. Pressed it and it fixed her all up and went through.
