Never ran into this issue before and I haven't found any solutions, so I figured I'd try my luck and ask all of you. I've been a member of the Insider program for over a year across a variety of devices (635, multiple 640s, 640 XL, Win HD LTE) and never had a problem getting builds from any of the rings until now. I wanted to install 14342 on my 640 XL (currently on 10586.318) so I switched it to the fast ring, rebooted, and checked for updates- phone tells me its up to date. So, I uninstalled the insider app, reinstalled, and rejoined the fast ring and tried again. No luck. I tried on my Win HD LTE all of the above steps with the same result. Also tried on my 640 with the same results. I hard reset the Win HD LTE and tried again with the same result. Now, thinking maybe something is going on with the fast ring, I switched to the slow ring on my 640 XL and checked for updates again- nothing. Finally, using the "Leave program" link in the insider app, I left the insider program and rejoined thinking the problem could be related to my account, but no luck there either. I'm not able to get any insider builds on any of my devices anymore.
Anybody else having the same issues? Anybody know how to start receiving builds again?
