No video

I just got this phone from ebay. I upgrade it to 6.5 and i have everything working but the media player. everytime i try to play a news clip or something with video all I get is the sound no video. I have try everything I can think of but nothing. OK what have I done wrong.

Just a wild guess but do you need something like Flash loaded to play the video? Sure sounds like some driver is bad or missing.
