Noia lumia 1320 wont turn on

I just recently bought a nokia lumia 1320 windows phone . My phone had went dead I tried charging It but It wont go pass the blue screen. Can someone tell me what's wrong with my phone, or what I need to do

Try soft reset, press volume down key along with the power key until it vibrates

Hello, I am also having this problem with the exception that my phone started out not charging from Monday into Tuesday (but being recognized by my laptop when I tried charging from there). It completely stopped working a few hours later. Now, it will not power on at all.
