I'm be incredibly interested in how Microsoft handles their acquisition this year. Not just with the storefront and expansion of Xbox Play Anywhere to battle net, but also with the experience itself. For example, Disney down the line of owning Star Wars and Marvel unified all logins under a single Disney account log in. Will Microsoft do this as well and make any new account for Bethesda or Activision Blizzard just make a Microsoft account (branded as an Xbox account) or will it just continue to be linkages?
Anyway, if nothing else, Doom the Dark Ages not launching on Battle Net would be a major loss. That game is like the perfect itch to scratch for a launcher whose staples are COD and WOW.
