Nokia 520

My Nokia 520 purchased a few months ago, suddenly the fonts get bigger and then the phone does not work at all. I have to power off the phone and switching on after that only solves the problem.
Can anyone help?

Once that is done Do a soft reset as well (Hold volume down + power key for approx 15-20 secs until screen turns off)
