Nokia 720 Hang issue

With lumia 720, the phone hangs whenever a call is received and touch does not work.
I can't pick up incoming calls most of the time and i need to call back.
please share be if you have found any solution for it. i am desperate

Ive got troubling hard resetting my lumia 720. The screen has gone blank and im unable to switch it off, so i cant use the buttons trick to hard reset. I cannot take it to the nokia care centre as ive got some important information in my phone which is better lost than being found by some person. please help me out!!!! ive tried soft reset like a million times-doesnt work!!!
