Nokia 735 have lost use of keypad completely

I have lost use of my alphabetical keypad/keyboard. I can not type a response on a simple text message, let alone WhatsApp or Facebook. I cant even use the internet as no keypad appears for me to type into Google whatsoever! Please Help!!!!

Have you tried resetting the device? I own the same model and I've never had that issue...also, did you connect your phone to a bluetooth keyboard? If you had, try disabling bluetooth from the options. Hope this helps

Yes, I've tried resetting it several times.... Now downloading Nokia Software Recovery Tool In the hope it will correct it. Fingers crossed :/

Ive had the same problem, just hold the volume and the on of key down for about 12 seconds it should vibrate then will come back on and should be working fine x :smile::smile:
