Nokia 925 - Out of Warranty?

I purchased my 925 about 3 weeks ago brand new from a well known retailer. When I check my warranty remaining on the Nokia website using its IMEI number, it states it is "out of warranty." I've double checked a few times.

Can anyone shed some light on this please? I didn't think this phone model was more than 2 years old, so even the first produced phones should still be in warranty.
