Hi,
I need your help

Yesterday i had to reset my phone. I was still running the lumia black software. Although after the reset, all the log ins and after the backup restored i cannot even updated the software again for the lumia black. Simply the message on the phone updater is "your phone is up to date".

The cyan would be great, but no even the black?

Can you help me guys on this?

I suggest you to use the software recovery tool.. May fix the issue.. Den update to cyan..

Yeah.. Post for sure.. Hope ur issue gets fixed..

In fact it did reinstalled the software and i am already again with the black.

Any checks for updates don't show anything regarding the cyan.
