I don't remember seeing this posted here, but thought this was quite interesting!

I couldn't immediately see where the memory module was, but it got me thinking, I assume it's some form of integrated flash drive - in which case would it be a case of swapping it out with a module from (for example) a module from a 64GB microSDXC card?!

I've seen a youtube vid of a guy tearing down the 920 piece by piece like this then putting it back together. I've had the same idea/question as you. If I'm willing to open up my phone, voiding the warranty, could I swap out for larger memory, or even change antennae bands to get LTE or whatever to switch carriers. It claims to be a global phone but then I read on other threads that the global version won't work on AT@T's LTE bands.
