Nokia account

I cant synchronize my phone and the Nokia account.Because of this i cant download the new songs from the Nokia MixRadio. Its showing an activation problem that there is a problem in activating your unlimited data.If i go to Settings->emails+accounts->Nokia Account and enter my mail and password the account is not getting synchronized.

yeah...now i have updated the app.and a new error comes now.“Download issue. There seems to be a problem with downloads but you can still listen to 100’s of curated mixes. For further information go to the help section(?) which can be found on the app home screen.” I went to the help section its showing that i have to delete the Nokia account and sign in again.I tried it but its not working.

Reinstall the app, sign in in another app (to check if account is not broken) if you can't sign in normally,I would contact Nokia / Microsoft.
