Nokia and Windows Phone camera question

Took these at 1 am, just sticking my head out my window. Pretty good for default settings on a dark night.

I agree with the original OP.
My L920 takes useless pictures in low light. Very blurry with a lot of it being motion type blur.
I keep the camera as still as poss, but they always look the same.
I really wonder if it's just QC which results in some stars and duds.

I just tried out Proshot and I must say manually adjusting the focus and shutter speed actually produced quite decent shots. I will be back to the same place in a few days to test this out.
