Nokia apps missing on unlocked Rogers 920 on T-Mobile USA

It seems as if I am missing some of the apps that should be in the Nokia Collection. I had to manually connect to the Access Settings app from a URL someone posted. I set my region to the US for that marketplace.

Additionally, the store is not telling me I have any updates. If I go to a specific app on my phone, I see that it can be updated, but there is no notification or list of apps to update when I first go into the store.

Any one see this before?

I have a Lumia 920 from Rogers. I'm using in Vivo (Brazil) and I have all apps in Nokia Collection and the update is working for them.
