Nokia apps?

Does anyone know if it's possible to somehow install the Nokia apps from the 2520 tablet on the Surface 2? For WP phones there's a hack via a proxy to allow installing of Nokia apps on, for example, Samsung devices. Does anyone know if such thing is set up already for the Surface 2? I would love to have Nokia Storyteller for the Surface 2!

That would be great! I also want the Here Maps app (maybe with offline apps?), because the standard bing app doesn't even show sharp names (due to the dpi settings).

I will try the Proxy method that is there on Windows Phone where you can trick it into installing all Windows Phone apps that are not meant for your region or phone.

That proxy didn't work for 8.1 RT. I really wish there was some sort of hack or proxy to allow this, like on WP. I want the Nokia Storyteller
