Hello,

When I change aspect ratio from 16:9 to 4:3, there is a slightly visible line goes across the screen of the phone appear. The picture came out with the same problem, a thin line (black/yellow) on the screen. I tried reset the phone, reset camera, problem still exists. Anyone knows what it is?Windows Phone_20131123_17_18_42_Pro.jpg

I'd say it's a scratch on the lens, does it appear top to bottom (if you rotated screen) when you shoot portrait
mode 4:3 or does it appear across the screen left to right?

It only appears in 4:3 mode, either in a straight position or portrait. When i switch to 16:9, it does not have the problem at all.

Does the line change positions, in that picture it's horizontal when you turn the phone to take a picture in portrait mode
is it at the bottom of the screen or is it vertical? ... 16:9 cuts off some of the image so that's why you don't see it in that format
as this demonstrates.

When I change the position, the line is vertical and appear on the left side. It does look like there is a scratch. Do you think it is really matter to take picture in 4:3 mode? The only thing difference is that in 4:3 mode I will be able to take 38 megapixel camera while only 34 megapixel for 16:9 ration. The difference is 4 megapixel.

The format is different, the shape of the image is different, 4:3 is like old TV, 16:9 is widescreen, you can take an image anyway you want, but in 4:3 you'll have that line in the image, I'd call Nokia and ask what they suggest or just contact your carrier and exchange the phone, it's really up to you.
