Nokia Care changed carrier to wrong one--how do I fix it?

Gosh, Nokia care! I have been waiting for cyan update for my L720 since 3 days. I still haven't received the update. And now I get it why. The last time Nokia care updated my phone to lumia black, they changed my carrier to Singapore CV, whereas I live in India. It should have been India CV.
Now what?
