Nokia cyan, update from 8.1 dev preview or 8.0 black safer?

hi everyone,
I have 8.1 developer preview running on my device (8.10.12359.845) and I'm wondering 2 things:
1. should I upgrade it to the latest build, because I heard that people got battery issues caused by the update
2. When nokia cyan is available, will it be safer to downgrade to 8.0 and then upgrade to cyan of update straight from the developer preview?

Either way it is the same thing. In fact if you are on DP it has an update now.

But should I upgrade from .845 to the newest one? And if I get battery issues, are they resolvable? Thanks

The would be resolvable. Always remember if you get a major update for phone and get issues, first hard reset and try to replicate the issue to check whether it has been solved or not.
