Nokia DC-50 wireless charging plate

So, just to follow up on this. It's interesting that Nokia "recommends" the 1520 to be used with the DC-50. I charged my DC-50 fully, and this morning placed my half-charged 1520 on it. Within two hours my 1520 was about 75%, and the DC-50 was dead. Good times.

Hey. I was looking at the DC-50 and found myself wondering if it would work as a charging-plate just as the DT-900 series or DT-601 while its plugged in? Can it charge itself as well as a phone simultaneously or would cause to much strain? Anyone know?

It will absolutely work that way. When plugged it in functions very nicely.
