Nokia Icon device driver having trouble getting installed

Anyone else connect thier Icon to their Windows 8 PC yet? It tries to install the driver, but all i get is a "MTP USB Device" with yellow exclamation point that states "This device cannot start."

Ive reboot both the Icon and the PC...

I'm running Windows 8.1. The only problem I had was that I had to connect the cable to my USB 2.0 port. My USB 3 port didn't recognize the phone for some reason. I was taken slightly aback though when the phone was recognized as the Nokia Lumia 929!

spoke too soon. Not working yet. I'll try another cable then another PC...
