Nokia lumia 1020 microphone

The phone does not currently work for phone calls nor recordings, THE PERSON I?M CALLING CAN?T HEAR ME. I?m not sure which piece I have to replace when this happens, I have 2 options of pieces in the attachment, PIECE 1 or PIECE 2, which piece is the right one to replace to fix this problem?

I don't know too much when it comes to repairing nokias (I've done a bit with iPhones), but is it similar to the iPhone in that it has 2 microphones, bottom one for speaking on the phone and a second one (normally at the top) for recording to video? If there is 2 microphones, and BOTH of them aren't working, is it possible it's something causing it to fail? Software, maybe processor related? Just curious
