Nokia Lumia 1089 not working

HELP, ive tried doing the hard/soft resetting and charging the phone for hours but nothing, i dont have a camera button like some of the other models, i need my phone for work as its my appointment planner , its typically just over the warranty for repairing , the phone was charged before it died, always in a protective case and never dropped, even my laptop isnt recognizing it
please someone,
i have even searched the web for details regarding my model and found virtually nothing to help
