Hey there,

I'm thinking of getting the Nokia Lumia 1320. It seems a verry good phone to me, despite the camera (but I can happily live with it). Now the Lumia 1320 comes with 8 gb of internal space, I know you can put in a micro SD card to extend te space of the phone.

The only thing I want to know is how much internal space does the Lumia 1320 have original left with WP 8.0? And how big will the Lumia Cyan update be for the 1320? I'm going to put all my music/apps/files etc onto my micro SD card, but will 8 gb of internal space be enough in the end? Also considering the coming updates GDR1, GDR2 and maybe in the future WP 9 (because the lumia 1320 has 1 gb of ram).

The 8 Gig is more then enough for a average user.
The system uses about 2 / 2.5 gig so you got enough for the update packages.
I am running 8.1 + the preview of gdr1 and have no problems with it.

In future updates ( I believed it was opt in in one of the Gdr's ) WP let you download the installationpackage on your SD card when available.



I have the largest apps like AngryBirds Go ( ramconsuming ) on the internal, cause internal memory is way faster than a SD card.
As you can see WP8.1 with the preview of Gdr1 takes 2.1 Gig

So i don't see any problems with fure updates, for now that is.
I cant say about WP 9 or higher......but who knows.
If there where some issues with storage, MS wouldn't release the 4 and the 8 gig devices.
