Nokia lumia 520 bricked, need help!

hi, i think my lumia 520 (WP 8.1 PFD) totally bricked, it won't booting at all. i've tried to recover it with soft reset, hard reset, and i also trying to flashing it via NSU, Nokia Software Recovery Tool, and even Nokia Care Suite but those all not work because the programs cannot detect my phone at all, my computer (Win 7 64) detect my phone as qhusb_dload though and on the device manager it say "Nokia Emergency Connectivity".

is there anything else that i can do before i would take it to NCC?

Wow you done all the right moves so far. Maybe go online and speak to Nokia via live chat. I do and they always seem to help
