Nokia Lumia 520 Windows 8.1 update issue

I just updated to windows 8.1 on my nokia lumia 520 and I turned on the narrator to see how it works and my phone went black and white with a yellow highlight around the screen and the buttons are not responding as they should. How do I go about fixing this?

Double clicking any option allows you to select it and dragging the screen with two fingers up and down helps you to scroll the settings and narrator page.This should really fix your problem.

Just in case you haven't fixed this, or someone has the same problem.. While holding the volume up key, tap the Start button. It will turn off.
