Still not showing any updates for my phone.......don't know how some people are getting it and some or not....??

i checked up this morning it took a long while searching for update then i my phone got locked when i unlocked it it told me to connect to wifi to download the update so its on but my bad luck i dont have a wifi connection at my place just got in a router will be updating in a bit
i use Vodafone connection and based out in Mumbai

Hmmm. In India the update is country specific not operator specific. Not sure why you are not getting the update.

But nokia india 620 support page says "The availability of this update may depend on your network service provider." Check this link

what is your mobile product code (config id)?

Nokia care said the software depends on the product code(config id) of Lumia 620. I don't know whether to believe them or not.

Wait. All devices do not receive the update the moment it is available on nokias servers. You should receive it in a couple of days. Or go to a Nokia care centre, they can update it for you.

oh. I am not aware of this. I saw in below link where it is mentioned as Country variant. If it is operator specific, need to check with respective operator.

Also the below support page says, "Download Nokia Smart Camera". Not sure whether or not this will work with 620 since Smart Camera was meant to 92X series. Need to download and check.
