I know where is the Nokia care but I have a lot of apps and games in my phone... I can't even think about flashing it.....

Actually there are three ways to update to GDR3. The last one mentioned in the below can be done easily...

Go to Settings>Extras+info>more info>Manufacturer name. RM version is written there. Anyway,RM for 620 is RM-846

Thank you so much so such quick help. Now, i got it.. I've another problem. My phone's battery is draining very fast. It lasts for 3 hours only. I've updated to the latest OS (Lumia Amber). I don't leave apps running in the background. Also, i keep 'data connection' turned off, when not in use. Still, the battery lasts for 3 hours only. Am i doing anything wrong ?? Thanks in advance..!!

It is caliberating...give it a week and it will be fine again.

I just updated my nokia lumia 620 two weeks back. Flip, galance screen & Wife hotspot all working nxa!

Are you trying on 3G? Does updates work on 3G/mobile network?
I have got my update done at Nokia Service center couple of months back.
